When your payment is complete, you will be returned to this site.
The SSO does not collect your personal information or credit card
information at any time in this process.
IMPORTANT: Remember to send in any
necessary documents, such as updated
CPR and insurance, to ensure that your renewal is complete. If any
personal details have changed, simply email them to us. You do not
need to
resubmit the application form.
